A curated collection of ten residences in one of Melbourne's most prized locales — Pearl pairs masterful architecture with exquisite, material-led interiors. Geluco supplied the tile program across the building's façade, foyer, bathrooms, and terraces.

A landmark residential development at 451–461 Hampton Street, designed by Telha Clarke Architects across two boutique buildings. Geluco supplied the stone tile program throughout — from the ground-floor foyers and rooftop terraces to the bespoke marble surfaces inside every residence.

Why is this cheaper than a traditional tile supplier?+
We source directly from vetted manufacturers and factories. By removing the importer, wholesaler, and showroom margins — and centralising compliance and freight — we land the same material at a lower total cost.
Are the tiles Australian-compliant?+
Yes. Every shipment passes independent quality inspection before it leaves the factory, and is supplied with the testing documentation, slip ratings, and certifications required for Australian residential and commercial construction. You'll see the paperwork before placing an order.
Do you only do tiles?+
Natural stone, porcelain, and ceramic tiles are the entire focus — that's where factory-direct sourcing delivers the most value. For adjacent products, ask — we likely know the right factory.
What's a typical lead time?+
Allow at least 10 weeks from first contact to tiles on site: one to two weeks for sampling and spec matching, then four to six weeks for manufacture and shipping once the order is placed, with quality inspections at the factory and again in Australia before delivery. Dates are confirmed in writing at sign-off — and we hold ourselves to them.
How do we start?+

Do you deliver to site?+
Yes — delivery to site is part of every quote. We handle freight, customs, and final-mile logistics end-to-end, and coordinate arrival around your build program so tiles land when the site is ready for them, not before.
Do you work outside Melbourne?+
Yes — Geluco is Melbourne-born but we supply tiles nationally across Australia. Freight is handled end-to-end as part of the quote.
